Semi-automatic bandsaw machine Macc Special 335 M/S with hydraulic clamping.
Features
- Vertical rotation on pivot point with backlash-free adjustable taper bearings
- The high capacity bandsaw is driven by a two-speed motor and a special reduction mechanism with bronze gears and hardened, ground worm screws
- Well-dimensioned flywheels
- Sturdy belt guides made with waterproof invitation bearings and adjustable widia plates
- Belt tension obtained by electromechanical device with microswitch for blade rotation
- Material clamp with quick approach device
- Large rotating material bearing surface
- Accident prevention device on the flywheel housing, on the control knob and on the blade
- Removable chip collection tray
- Cut thickness: 1.2mm
- Cutting range: 45° left - 60° right
- Adjustable stop for cuts of the same size
- Electric 0.06 kW belt cooling pump
